Deposit:

A deposit of 50% is due for an order over $65, any order $65 and under must be paid in full when your order is placed (this will secure your date and order). Your deposit is your retainer fee, once an order is placed, the ball is rolling and supplies are being ordered, this then becomes non refundable. Your remaining balance is due the Sunday before your event (this must be paid before your order is picked up). If you are placing an order less than 5 days before your event,  full payment is required (the deposit no longer applies).

Pick up:

All orders must be picked up on Thursday-Friday, 6:00pm and Saturday, 10:30am. Once your order is picked up, we are no longer responsible for your Frosted Sugar creation. A signature will be required at a time of pickup or delivery.  No refunds will be given for holiday, pre-sale or custom cookies. A credit will given to be used 90 days from your previously scheduled event date. 

Once your order has been made and there is a failure to pickup your order on the contracted date, your right to a  remake is forfeited.

Payment:

We accept Credit Cards and Square payments. For safety reasons we no longer accept cash on pickup. We do not accept payments via cash app.

Things you should know:

~There is a 1 dozen order minimum.  All prices include basic packaging, sealed cellophane bags. You can upgrade the ribbon color for an additional $6 per dozen. 

~Cookie designs can be an assortment of shapes, 3 designs per dozen. We ask that you stick with the same color scheme.

~The customer chooses the theme and the decorator creates a design incorporating a mix of both simple and complex designs.

~All my products are individually handmade and therefore may not always appear exactly the same a the photographs provided. Please note, provided photographs are use only for inspiration.
